Membership Wait-List Reservation Form St. Paul Tennis Club The undersigned hereby requests that a spot on the Membership Waiting List be reserved for a (check one) Single________ Family _______ membership in the St. Paul Tennis Club and understands the following with respect to this reservation: 1. A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 must accompany this application in order to reserve a spot on the Waiting List. The deposit will be applied to the purchase price of stock if membership is offered and accepted. Your position on the Waiting List will be based upon the date of receipt of your $50.00 deposit, as recorded in the Club?s records. 2. While memberships are generally offered as available to those on the Waiting List in List order, the Club reserves the right to decline an offer of membership for any reason or to change its membership policies at any time. 3. It is solely your responsibility to inform the Club of any change of address, telephone number, or e-mail address. It can take as long as eight (8) years for your name to reach the top of the Waiting List. Failure to inform the Club of address changes could result in the loss of your opportunity to join the Club. 4. When contacted and offered membership, you will have five business days to respond or the offer will be withdrawn. It is a small private club, owned by the members, that features swimming and tennis activities for individuals and families. The Club has a summer season, from June until September, with tennis available in the fall and spring, weather permitting. Swimming Activities: Club swim team, with practice Monday - Friday Diving team and lessons Inter-club swim meets most weeks Excellent swimming lessons for children Daily lap swim times Tennis Activities: 4 clay courts Individual and group lessons Tennis team for youth Drills for adults and juniors Tournaments and socials If you are interested in becoming a member: *Fill out Membership Application (below) and submit with application fee to Membership Secretary to place your name on the chronological waiting list. *There is a $50 non-refundable charge for being added to the waiting list. *Due to a slow turnover of shareholders stock, it can take 6-8 years to become a member. When your name reaches the top of the list: *You have five (5) days to purchase the stock (1 share=single membership @ $600, 2 shares = family membership @ $1,200.
